Hand of Rock Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition (unworn & unwashed) within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund (minus shipping / handling fees).

If the return is due to our error, then we will also refund the delivery charges.

If the item is faulty or damaged, return it to us and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item.

Please pack all returns securely and enclose your name, address and a copy of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please contact us.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we do not issue refunds if a buyer purchases the wrong size T-Shirt as the exact measurements are given on the site.
